Gardening can be a great way to add to your food source and can be extremely rewarding in seeing your hard work in planting seeds and plants come to fruition in a bountiful display of vegetables all summer long. In addition, the use of herbs can help add lots of flavor while supporting a healthier diet with less sodium and promote the many benefits of using herbs to season and flavor many dishes.
